Payment Options

Your oral health is extremely important. For your convenience, we offer many payment options to help with your investment. Your out of pocket expense can be:

·Paid in full on the day of treatment by cash, credit card or check
·Spread over 3 months with no interest but a $25 processing fee
·Spread over multiple months (dependent upon total cost), no interest payment, subject to credit approval by Care Credit

Care Credit and Chase Health Advance are third party companies that give you convenient payment options so you can get the procedure you want, when you want it. Click on the links above and apply in the comfort of your home prior to your appointment.
